You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse.
If the tracking number does not work, please try again after a few hours, as it may take a while for the system to update the latest information.
Order preparation is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get to you in time to make the change or cancel it.
Once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made, however, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at info@mellerbrand.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to make a return or exchange.
To proceed with the return or exchange you should send the order to our offices (with the company of your choice) and, upon receiving it and checking that it is in good condition, we will refund the money or proceed with the exchange.
Please note that, in order to accept the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and inside their respective boxes, as you received it. Please send us an email to info@marieeoptics.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange and the item you wish to receive in the case of an exchange.
*Please remember that unless the return or exchange is due to manufacturing reasons or errors on our part, the cost of the return will be assumed by the customer.
In order to speed up the resolution of the incident, it will be very helpful if you indicate the order number and send us a photo of the product and another photo of the back of the box where you can see the label.
In addition another photo of the temple where you can see the serial number of the same, (in the case of a pair of glasses).
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will be notified by email of the transaction.
Once the refund is issued, it will be effective within 1 to 10 business days (depending on the bank to which the refund is issued).

Our sunglasses feature UV400 lenses that block 100% of ultraviolet radiation and fully comply with European safety regulations.
For models with polarized lenses, an additional polarized filter helps reduce glare caused by sunlight reflecting off water, snow, metal surfaces, and intense artificial lights—significantly reducing eye strain and visual fatigue.
Our lenses are produced using advanced international AntiScratch coating technology, adding an extra layer of durability and enhancing resistance to heat, humidity, impact, and scratches.
An additional oleophobic coating prevents dirt from adhering to the surface and repels water, oils, and sweat stains, allowing them to be wiped clean effortlessly without leaving marks.
All of our sunglasses meet the following internationally recognized quality standards:
ISO 9001, ISO 9002, EN ISO 12312-1:2013 (EU), ANSI Z80.3:2008 (USA), and AS/NZS 1067:2003 (Australia).
Care Recommendations
• Clean the lenses with a soft microfiber cloth and store the sunglasses in their case when not in use. Avoid using soap and water, as they may damage the coatings.
• Keep the sunglasses away from direct sources of light or heat for extended periods.
• To prevent scratches, avoid placing the glasses face-down or sliding them across hard surfaces.
We do not provide prescription lens services, but you can take our frames to any local optician and have prescription lenses fitted to them.
Our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from date of purchase. Coverage is only with proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear, abuse or mishandling. Warranty claims must be submitted at the purchaser's expense by returning the goods to the place of purchase, or to MARIÉE warehouse directly. MARIÉE will replace faulty frames that are covered by the warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
